1. Data we process
When you send an inquiry, we process your name, email, optional phone number, message, selected property, language and consent record. Website administration involves login data and security logs.
2. Purpose and legal basis
We use data to answer your request and take pre-contractual steps under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Voluntary consent is governed by Article 6(1)(a). Website security and abuse prevention rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
3. Recipients and retention
Authorized staff and technical providers access only the data needed for the service. Transfers outside the EEA require appropriate GDPR safeguards. Inquiries are retained as necessary to handle your request and protect legal claims, subject to statutory duties. Login rate-limit records are retained for up to 10 minutes.
4. Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability where legally applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact us by email. You may complain to the Slovak Data Protection Authority (dataprotection.gov.sk). We do not use automated decisions with legal effects.
