1. Listings and services
This portal exclusively presents properties for sale and services related to buying them. It is not an online shop: submitting a form does not create a purchase or reservation contract or make a payment. Availability, area, sale price and features must be confirmed for each property.
2. Contracts and prices
Service scope, commission, reservation deposits, cancellation, taxes and other costs are agreed separately in writing. Properties show a total sale price in EUR or a price on request. Foreign property purchases are also subject to local law. Additional purchase costs are clarified before the contract is signed.
3. Complaints and consumer rights
Send complaints by email or in writing to the registered office, including contact details, the issue and your requested remedy. Statutory consumer rights, including any applicable distance-contract withdrawal rights, remain unaffected. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the competent alternative dispute-resolution body under Slovak Act No. 391/2015, including the Slovak Trade Inspection where competent.
